Ms. Wang Xiaoya, born in November 1964, holds a doctorate in economics and is a research fellow. Ms. Wang served as a Deputy Director General of the Research Bureau of the People's Bank of China, a Non-Executive Director of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, a Non-Executive Director of Bank of China Limited. Currently, Ms. Wang serves as a member of the Academic Committee of the China Institute for Rural Studies of Tsinghua University, and a doctoral supervisor of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Ms. Wang has been a Non-Executive Director of China Re since August 2019.
